In 2024, the Saigon International University applies the following 4 admission methods for nationwide candidates, including: Admission based on the transcript of grade 12; Admission based on the results of 3 semesters recorded in the transcript (2 semesters of grade 11 and semester I of grade 12); Admission based on the results of the 2024 National High School Examination, and Admission based on the results of the 2024 Competency Assessment Examination organized by the National University of Ho Chi Minh City.

  • ADMISSION BASED ON RESULTS OF 3 SEMESTERS

    I. FOR STUDENTS GRADUATING FROM HIGH SCHOOLS IN VIETNAM:

    - High school graduation;

    - Good or higher rank of conduct in semester 1 of grade 12;

    - Overall GPA of 3 semesters is 6.0 or higher:

    GPA of semester I of grade 11 + GPA of semester II of grade 11 + GPA of semester I of grade 12) = 6.0

    - The total score (in semester I of grade 12) of 3 subjects used for admission is 18 or higher.

    - The admission period is as follows:

    1st Admission Period: January 15 - March 31

    2nd Admission Period: April 01 - May 05

    - Required documents include:

    + An application form issued by SIU (download for free via www.siu.edu.vn);

    + A notarized copy of provisional graduation certificate (or high school diploma, to be supplemented later for students who have not taken the high school graduation examination);

    + A notarized copy of high school transcript;

    + Admission fee: 100,000 VND / application (for Vietnamese-taught programs), 550,000 VND / application (for English-taught programs).
